[tex-live] TeXLive 2010 distribution bug?

looks bad.

I see that several packages seem to have been mis-installed, but we
never had any report on that.

I would suggest doing
	tlmgr install --reinstall \
		hyph-utf8 eso-pic euenc dvipng overpic luatex mdframed \
		flashmovie expl3 pst-node
(these are all the packages with files mentioned in the output of
tlmgr check missing files)

>  Files present but not covered (relative to /usr/local/texlive/2010):
>   texmf-dist/source/generic/hyph-utf8/conversion-to-xml/org/tug/texhyphen/ConvertLanguageData.java

These are probably from your own installation.

Why this happened is hard to say, low disk space? Windows stupidity?
No idea ...
