[tex-live] Three questions on XeTeX, TeXLive 2008, and Ubuntu

You have two options:

1. Put them to a directory under $TEXMF/fonts/opentype and run
mktexlsr (you may have them in texmf-local)

2. Install them to Xorg and run fc-cache (in CentOS Xorg fonts reside
under /usr/share/fonts)
